I have used Prestige heating & Air a couple of times of the last 2 years - there's a reason I call Prestige when I have an A/C issue, they are great. Prestige is quick to respond. I thought I had a minor issue with my A/C and Prestige had a man at my place in under 2 hours. The issue turned out to be more complex and I had a Prestige team working on my unit and had it fixed by the end of the day. Each of the 3 Prestige repairmen that I dealt with made sure that they patiently addressed all of my concerns, gave me options to consider and a breakdown of their quoted price. All Prestige employees were attentive and respectful as they listened and addressed me and my questions.In 2023, I was having difficulty finding a repair company that would work with the warranty on my unit. I asked for a recommendation for a repair company from an A/C supply warehouse that knows lots of contractors. They recommended Chris Martinez at Prestige. I have gladly used Prestige ever since my first great experience with them.

Eli Garcia was great, he explained everything he was doing while trouble shooting the problem with the heater. Christopher also showed up and explained he wanted to revisit the issue a few days later to make sure everything was running correctly. I had this company install the whole system and every time I have dealt with them it has been a good experience.

The technicians are very professional in explaining in detail the results of the maintenance. In speaking with the owners of the business they seem very respectful people and take the opportunity to explain in detail of all charges and parts that are needed. Excellent Service from Prestige Heating & Air!We had an amazing experience with Prestige Heating & Air. Our heat pump stopped working, so we called them, and they were at our home within just two hours. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and came back the very next day to complete the repair.What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but the final bill ended up being less than the estimate because the part cost less than expected. It was refreshing to see a company pass along the savings to the customer!The team was also friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We're so impressed that we're going to start using their annual service plan for maintenance.Highly recommend Prestige Heating & Air for anyone in need of heating and cooling services!

Chris and Eli did my yearly checkup and did a very good job. Plus, I had a few concerns that I spoke to Chris about and he suggested a few remedies.Very personable and trust worthy. I am definitely happy that I chose Prestige Heating and Air.Chris and his crew came to the house and did a fantastic job, and he explains everything so I can understand it very well. I have never seen such great customer care and professionalism in this AC/Heating business as I have experienced with Prestige Heating and Air. He is without doubt, the very best in this field.
