Chris came out and gave my AC a look over before the summer. He told me in detail what issues he found that I had never noticed and gave me a couple of options on how to proceed.But what impressed me the most was that he didn’t try to sell me on the latest and greatest and he gave me his honest opinion despite him not making a sale from that.

Chris and his team are top notch professionals that truly want what is best for the customer. They are interested in a long term relationship! We had them out to diagnose our system to add things to keep our air clean and to evaluate our system. Our house is 1 year old. We have had the company that installed our system out twice and they didn’t help.CHRIS FOUND A SLOW GAS LEAK INTO OUR AIR FLOW!! And that the intake for fresh air wasn’t working.The gas pipes going into our unit for heat had not been sealed and we’re not tight -Amazing!Such great service!! He also explained about the add on products and how a well maintained hvac does really need one. Since we have some issues we will probably still install!!Well done Prestige!!

Prestige HVAC is amazing. They came out to check my system and make adjustments. Every other AC company I've used before has attempted to upsell me on some new gadget or tried to take advantage of us having a larger nicer home to pad the bill, but not there guys! They were honest about my system not needing any replacement parts, and were very fair on the price for their labor. I would absolutely use and recommend Prestige again!
